If you have received an e-mail from the Internal Revenue Service or the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, chances are it was a phishing attempt. Wednesday, October 7th, 2009Some 20,000 Hotmail account holders’ usernames and password have now been exposed on the Internet.
